Cancellation & Refund Policy

All transfer and payment of funds will be made by Licensee in accordance with the law. You have a right to dispute errors in your transaction. You can cancel for full refund within 30 minutes of payment unless the funds have been picked up or deposited. In the event you may need to present a claim past the 30 minutes, you may present a claim within 180 days orally or written. We will investigate within 90 days after the claim has been presented and present a response to you with the results of such investigation. If such investigation’s results determine it has been a mistake made by Banana Pay you will be offered the opportunity to either cancel the transaction for a full refund or re-transfer the funds at no cost to you. If the investigation results in a mistake made by you, you still hold the right to request a cancellation and refund (without the fees). Recipient may receive less due to fees charged by the recipient’s bank and foreign taxes. Funds will be available to recipient before they are returned to the sender for 72 hours unless correspondent set another period.
